Steve Cadigan, the former VP of Talent at LinkedIn will share his stories and lessons learned in going through "hyper-growth" the past 4 years and building one of the most successful internet companies on the planet. While at LinkedIn the company grew from 400 to 3,500 employees and expanded into over 25 new countries in under 4 years! During this experience Steve managed to keep all of his hair and have a real adventure. He has agreed to join us for an informal evening of stories, beers, lessons learned and plenty of Q&A.

About Steve Cadigan

Steve Cadigan is no stranger to Vancouver having lived in the area from 2004 to 2008 while working as the VP of HR for PMC-Sierra and EA. During this time he became a rabid Canucks fan and he and his wife gave birth to Canadian twins (Trevor and Spencer). He has great passion for building world class teams and organizations and is very interested in helping grow businesses in BC. Towards that end, Steve recently joined the advisory board of local start-up RentMoola.
